Terms & Conditions

you must read and understand these terms and conditions before proceeding with the transaction. if there is any term that you do not understand or do not agree with, please discuss it with us. only proceed to order if you wish to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

  1. Designs. The photos should be in PNG or JPEG format and must be compiled in a Google Drive or OneDrive folder. Make sure that the link is set to "Anyone on the internet with this link can view". Also, rename each photo appropriately for us to easily identify them (ex. Photocard1, Photocard2, Polaroid1, etc.).

  2. Quality. We make sure to make quality items with every order. But in case you received a poor-quality print, we can issue a refund for the flawed items only.

  3. Color Accuracy. We will reproduce the files as closely as possible, but we cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements.

  4. Payment. Orders will not be processed until payment is made. You may pay in full or you may pay 50% of the total upfront and the remaining will be upon the completion of the work. modes of payment are gcash and bank transfer (union bank/land bank).

  5. Delivery. we are not liable for any delays and/or damages caused by shipping couriers. we will send you a picture of the items before and after packing to ensure we handled your order properly. modes of delivery are shopee checkout (j&t), flash express, and jrs.

  6. Turnaround Time. Orders may take 2-14 days to finish depending on quantity, amount of workload/pending orders, and personal/technical problems, but I will do my best to update you regularly.

  7. Cancellation and Refund. Cancellation is not allowed. In case you don’t want to push through with your order after being processed, the amount paid upfront will not be refunded.

  8. Design Security. We commit to protecting the security of your information and designs. Your designs will be deleted from our storages two weeks after shipping out your order.

we may refuse to accept your order if:

  1. The images are illegal in nature or there is an infringement on the rights of any third party (i.e copyright).

  2. The design is complicated, especially in stickers (i.e too many small cuts in one sheet).

ordering process

  1. Compile all the photos in a Google Drive or OneDrive folder and fill out the order form.

  2. Upon filling out of the form, message us and we will send you an invoice within 24 hours. the prices will be automatically discounted if we have an ongoing promo.

  3. Please pay within one week and send the payment receipt thru DM.

  4. We will start the production upon confirmation of payment and we will send you updates thru DM.
